Here are 5 Post Processing effects that simulate camera effects such as lens flare, lens dirt and  
anamorphic blooming (horizontal flaring).
Feel free to use these however you wish.

//Installation-
	Place the files in your Post Processing folder (1.19) or in the ps_2_0 folder (1.18 and  
1.17).
	The multi_1.dds and multi_2.dds are for the lens flare and dirt. The Lens Flare and Dirt  
shaders only work if named multi.fx (for some reason that is the only shader that can currently  
read those textures.)

//Notes
	Currently, the anamorphic bloom has a problem with the horizontal offset (it is too low).  
Hopefully this will be fixed.
	The Lens Flaring and Dirt only works in 1.19 and over (due to reading the multi_1/2  
textures)
